CAULIFLOWER CEVICHE

Welcome back food family!


Just when you thought we couldn’t do yet another tasty dish with cauliflower. This ceviche turned out perfect!



The ground nori took it over the top giving the dish a wonderful ceviche flavor. So delicious 😋 Try it!


Servings: 12


Ingredients:

1 medium CAULIFLOWER chopped

1 medium RED ONION diced

3 small CARROTS diced

3 ROMA TOMATOES diced

1 small CUCUMBER diced

2 to 3 SERRANO PEPPERS diced

1 small bunch CILANTRO chopped

1 sheet NORI ground into flakes (approx 5 to 6 tsp)

1 small AVOCADO diced

1 cup LIME JUICE (approx 8-10 pcs)

SALT to taste


Optional:

1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Vegetable base


Instructions:

1-Boil the CAULIFLOWER in salted water until tender. Approximately 5 minutes. Let it cool then chop into small pieces. Set aside.


2-Juice the LIMES. Set aside.


3-Add and mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Enjoy over tostadas and top with fresh salsa verde.
