Welcome back food family! The first time I heard of the atomic cake I was living in Chicago. It consists of two layers of yellow cake. One at the top and bottom then a layer of chocolate cake in the middle. It includes yummy fillings like vanilla pudding, fresh bananas and strawberries, cream cheese and a delicious whipped cream topping. It’s the perfect desert!!! 👌🏽😋 Since I made the cake for Easter 🐣 I decorated it with marshmallow bunnies and chocolate candies. However
