Ay, familia … if you could’ve seen my kitchen the day I made these Buñuelos de Viento for the very first time this year! I was standing there like a proud Mexican mom on a mission — mold in one hand, spatula in the other, praying to all my ancestors that the buñuelos would actually stick to the mold and not embarrass me in front of my family. 🤣
